• Newsletter information, such as your email address, optional first name, preferred cities and categories, delivery frequency, signup source, and unsubscribe status.
• Payment-related information for sponsorships processed through Stripe. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored directly by us.
• Communications you send to us, including messages submitted through contact forms or email.
• Device and usage information, such as browser type, pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, theme preferences, and interaction events like business profile views, map clicks, and sponsored placement impressions.
• Identifiers used for security and rate limiting, including a pseudonymous anonymous search ID stored in your browser, a hashed version of your IP address, and session-related identifiers.
• Public and third-party business information displayed in listings, such as business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, hours, ratings, review platform links, and descriptions collected from public sources, business submissions, or internal research.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. This includes:

• Providing local search, directory browsing, business profiles, events, and related discovery features.
• Creating and managing user accounts, dashboards, business owner tools, and admin review workflows.
• Generating AI-assisted search responses, summaries, and internal admin content tools.
• Sending transactional emails, account notices, newsletter messages, and service-related communications.
• Processing sponsorship interest forms, checkout flows, and sponsorship reporting.
• Measuring usage, preventing abuse, enforcing search limits, and protecting the security of the Service.

Where in Collin may send portions of your search queries and relevant business context to third-party AI providers, such as DeepSeek, to generate search responses or related content. We aim to limit the information sent to what is reasonably necessary for the requested feature.

AI-generated responses are provided for informational and discovery purposes only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Do not rely on AI output for official, legal, emergency, medical, financial, or government decisions.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:

• With service providers that help us operate the Service, such as Google Firebase, Stripe, MailerSend, DeepSeek, IP geolocation providers, hosting providers, and analytics tools. These providers process information on our behalf subject to contractual and legal obligations.

We log product and usage events in our own systems, such as searches submitted, business profile views, clicks to phone numbers or websites, newsletter signups, and sponsorship interactions.
