Where in Collin may generate revenue through sponsorships, paid placements, advertising, promoted listings, lead-generation programs, business subscriptions, and data-subscription products.

A business may pay to appear more prominently in search results, category pages, city pages, AI-assisted responses, newsletters, ads, or other areas of the Service.

Sponsored, promoted, or paid content does not mean that Where in Collin guarantees, endorses, certifies, licenses, or recommends the business.

If you submit, claim, sponsor, edit, or manage a business listing, you represent that:

• You have authority to act on behalf of the business, if claiming or managing it.
• You will not submit fake, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful information.
• You will not impersonate another business, owner, employee, customer, or representative.
• You will not manipulate ratings, reviews, rankings, likes, dislikes, or reports.

We may approve, reject, edit, remove, publish, unpublish, or archive listings or listing changes at our discretion.

Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication.

Some business information may be collected from public sources, business websites, user submissions, third-party platforms, public rating pages, government or city pages, community links, and admin research.

The Service may allow users to submit content, including:

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Where in Collin and Zeenti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, and create derivative works from your content for the purpose of operating, improving, marketing, and protecting the Service.

• Resell, sublicense, copy, or commercially exploit Service data without written permission.

We may limit, restrict, meter, or block access to certain features.

• Sponsorships and subscriptions may renew automatically.
• You are responsible for canceling before renewal.
• Paid placement does not guarantee clicks, leads, calls, conversions, revenue, ranking, or business results.
• We may reject or remove sponsored content that violates our policies.
• We may change pricing, packages, or availability over time.

Refunds are provided only as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

If a business pays for sponsorships, ads, lead access, data subscriptions, or related products, Where in Collin does not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads
• Lead quality
• Lead exclusivity
• Contact accuracy
• User intent
• Appointments
• Sales
• Closed deals
• Search ranking position
• Continued category availability
• Continued sponsorship availability

Lead-generation and sponsored-placement results may vary.

Where in Collin may display or reference public reputation information, such as ratings, review counts, source links, community mentions, or AI-generated sentiment estimates.

We do not own or control third-party review platforms. Ratings and review counts may change or become outdated.

Where in Collin may calculate internal scores, rankings, summaries, or estimates using available information. These are informational only and do not guarantee business quality, safety, licensing, performance, or suitability.

The Service may link to third-party websites and services, including:

• Business websites
• Google Maps
• Yelp
• Trustpilot
• Social media platforms
• Payment processors
• Authentication providers
• City or government pages
• Sponsor websites
• External booking or review platforms

We do not control third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, availability, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Any transaction, communication, appointment, quote, service, purchase, contract, or dispute between you and a business is solely between you and that business.

You should perform your own due diligence before hiring or paying any business.

The Service, including its design, branding, logos, software, text, layout, features, databases, and original content, is owned by Zeenti Digital Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

"Where in Collin™" and related names, logos, designs, and branding are trademarks or brand assets of Zeenti Digital Consulting LLC.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, improvements, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Where in Collin, Zeenti Digital Consulting LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

1. The amount you paid to Where in Collin in the three months before the claim, or

2. One hundred dollars ($100).

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, misused the Service, submitted false information, abused users or businesses, attempted to manipulate the platform, or violated applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, dispute provisions, and any provisions that by their nature should survive.

We may change, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including:

We are not required to continue offering any feature permanently.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Terms Dispute

We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

If the Service is accessed through an app store, authentication provider, payment provider, browser, device, or third-party platform, additional third-party terms may apply.

These Terms do not replace the terms of any third-party platform.
