Sponsor and Advertiser Terms

Paid placement does not guarantee leads, clicks, calls, conversions, revenue, ranking position, category availability, or business results.

We may label paid content as Sponsored, Promoted, Paid Partner, Featured, Ad, or similar terms.

We may reject, pause, or remove sponsored content that is misleading, unlawful, restricted, or inconsistent with platform policies.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your business, services, licensing, pricing, or affiliation.
• Claim official partnership with Collin County or any government entity.
• Use fake reviews, fake rankings, or manipulative reputation tactics.
• Offer restricted or illegal services through paid placement.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse Where in Collin data or leads.
• Send unlawful spam, robocalls, or SMS without proper consent.

If you receive leads or user contact details, you may use them only for the purpose the user requested.

You may not resell leads, share them with unrelated third parties, or use them for unrelated marketing without valid consent.

You must honor opt-out requests and comply with privacy, anti-spam, phone, SMS, and marketing laws.

We may suspend or terminate paid access if you misuse data, violate these Sponsor Terms, create legal risk, or harm users or the platform.
